The difference is in the details....

Extra emphasis is placed on making your mount look like you remember it. Your field pictures and descriptions will help us bring your mount to life. Extreme care is taken to ensure that your trophy is presented in a way that enhances the uniqueness of the animal.

We individually sculpt and design each piece to create a dramatic presentation of your trophy. Every mount is custom altered to fit your animal. All our lifesize mounts are altered to your desired pose at no extra charge. Subtle expressions such as rotation of the eyes and posture of the ears are also carefully designed.

By combining the best materials and proven techniques with craftsmanship, integrity and an eye for detail, I will create you a one of a kind Trophy at a fair price, giving honest estimates, offering easy payment plans, convenient hours and friendly service to everyone.

Some people think the bigger studios must do the best work; others base their decision on the lowest price or the fastest completion time.

Wild Heritage is not the biggest, not the fastest or the cheapest taxidermist around.......

Remember, the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

We refuse to compete for the lowest price, we are extremely competitive for the highest quality found nation wide.

  • Our price is based upon time and materials.
We only use materials of the highest quality available.

We take ample time with each mount to ensure that we produce pieces of art which consistently exceed our customer’s expectations.

You may have spent years waiting for the moment to harvest the specimen that you have always dreamed of. When that opportunity comes, it should be one of your proudest moments. It isn’t uncommon to have spent thousands on your hunts. Travel expenses, hunting equipment, clothes, blinds/treestands, quads, rifles/bows, etc. Why would you allow the demand for quality to end, at the end, of a successful hunt? You should want to take your trophy to a taxidermist who will preserve your trophy exactly as you remember it. You want the mount to capture the essence of the animal as closely as possible. You want to be able to eagerly and proudly show it off to your friends and family when they visit, not apologize for the mount quality.

    • Do you want your mount to be beautiful and natural looking?

At Wild Heritage we have spent endless hours studying animal reference, anatomy and the skeletal and muscular mechanics that work beneath the skin. Understanding where and how the muscles attach to the bone, where ear canals are located, the degree to which an animal can rotate its ears and eyes and turn its neck, etc) is the key to reproducing a mount with a lifelike appearance.

    • Do you want attention to detail at EVERY step of the process?

We recreate the nose interior and we rebuild the skin textures that are lost through the skinning and preservation processes. From eyelashes to noses, footpads to toenails, we apply attention to detail. We go far beyond the basic steps and techniques crude taxidermy processes. We don’t compare our work to other taxidermists, we compare our work to living animals.

Harvesting your dream animal doesn't guarantee a beautiful trophy when left in the hands of an incompetent taxidermist.…only to save $50 or $100 and unfortunately they are ultimately disappointed with what they bring home. When you think of how much you’ve invested in the harvesting of the animal, it only makes sense to take it to a taxidermist that you can trust to recreate that trophy of a lifetime.
